1.  Booking with Slick Productions Media Company

    Upon your booking, Slick Productions Media Company reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for this time and date.  If the booking is cancelled for any reason, or if the date is changed Slick Productions Media Company will require, in writing a notification 30 days prior to the event.

2.  Booking Acknowledgement

     As soon as Slick Prodictions Media Company receives the booking we will check whether we are available for the date specified.  An online booking does not constitute a formal booking unless otherwise stated.  If Slick Productions Media Company are available we will send an email conformation and follow up with a phone call to arrange a production meeting.

3.  Payment

     All payment, unless booking is a wedding is paid 7 days upon receipt of invoice.  If the booking is a wedding a 25 percent deposit is required, this is to cover all costs leading up to the wedding date.  The further 75 percent is paid upon receipt of invoice.

All payments are inclusive of VAT.

4.  Cancellation of Booking

     All bookings require 30 days notice in writing to cancel the booking, and upon doing so Slick Productions Media Company will refund the deposit.

5.  Contract and Law

     When making a booking with Slick Productions Media Company you have the right not to follow through with the booking, but once you agree to pay the deposit you are entering a legally binding contract which is governed by English Law.

6.  Processes beyond our Control

     Slick Productions Media Company will take the utmost care to produce a video of encellent quality.  However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, equipment malfunction and defective tape stock.  If taping is prevented due to such occurrences, the deposit will be refunded.  Slick Productions Media Company makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, in regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed video.

7.  Using the Video

     Slick Productions Media Company reserves the right to use portions of the videotape for promotional or other purposes.

8.  Filming a Wedding

     Slick Productions Media company will abide by the rules of the church or venue regarding camera placement at the company.  Permission of the officiate is required before the camera is set up.
